Blue Sernity is a five star villa set just steps from the sugar white sands and calm, clear waters of Secret Harbour Beach . The property is located next to Secret Harbor's beach and the wonderful Blue Moon Restaurant. A gated stone staircase leads from the villa through lush gardens from the pool deck down to the beach below. A stunning home, Blue Serenity is spacious and tastefully furnished. The interiors feature soothing neutral shades accented with soft colors, cool tiled floors and elegant pieces and appointments. The main villa is constructed all on one level and fully air-conditioned. It offers a spacious Great Room with dramatic high ceilings and which serves as the central gathering spot. The Great Room provides a comfortable sitting area with the gourmet kitchen and formal dining area adjoining all within one space. Hallways extend from both sides of the Great Room, each leading to two bedrooms. On the one side of the Great Room are two king bedrooms. The master suite is palatial and offers a king sized bed. It is tastefully furnished with custom blinds for sleeping late. French doors open from the master suite to a private, covered alfresco sitting area close by the pool. The adjoining master bath is sumptuous and luxuriously outfitted with a bathtub and large glassed in shower. Another king bedroom is off this same hallway with its bathroom located just across the hall. The other side/west wing of the Great Room offers a compact bedroom with queen sized bed as well as a smaller bedroom equipped with bunk beds that is idea for one or two children under 10 years of age. These two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway. For guests convenience, however, each of these bedrooms has a small vanity with a sink and mirror tucked into a corner. A spiral staircase winds up from the Great Room to Blue Serenity's home office which is comfortably sized and well equipped with DSL and Wi-Fi for your laptop. The office offers a printer/scanner and Fax machine with a dedicated line as well. The sitting area of the Great Room is well furnished with comfortable sofas accented with tasteful pieces. A large armoire is full of games and children's toys and a large flat screen TV on the wall is equipped with an adjustable arm so that viewing may be enjoyed from several angels. Banks of windows are fitted with electronic roll down shutters which easily open and close with a switch and provide the desired shade and privacy as desired. The entire Main villa of Blue Serenity is air-conditioned although most guests will enjoy the ever present cooling island tradewinds. French doors open to the outside from the Great Room and kitchen area as well as from the two end bedrooms. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is complete with a center island bar. Outside, there is the expansive sun deck and private swimming pool with view s of the ocean beyond. The outdoor verandah is partially covered for shady relaxation and offers overhead fans as well. It provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining. Directly outside the kitchen is a gas grill which is protected from the elements by a deep overhang. The sun deck has a dining table and chairs as well as poolside chaise lounges. Blue Serenity, also, boasts an wide variety of children's pool toys. Blue Serenity's Garden Cottage is located near the Main villa. It offers the perfect one bedroom getaway and is perfect for the couple or small family desiring privacy. It is fully air-conditioned and features a sitting area shared with a small kitchen as well as an adjoining king bedroom and bath. Both the living area and bedroom have a deck located just outside, one shaded with a tree for alfresco dining and the other with lounge chairs providing a private and quite spot for contemplating the beauty of the surroundings. Blue Serenity is located on 2.5 acres with lush landscaping and lawns dotted with shady trees and brilliant tropical flowers all surrounded by fencing and walls built with native blue bit stone and providing privacy and security. An electronic gate offers access to guests while the pool man, gardener and other staff enter through a second gated entrance to the property. Blue Serenity is a dramatic showplace replete with elegant and tasteful furnishings and exceptional amenities.
